Are your products guaranteed?

Our products have been extensively tested for functionality and durability. When we say tested for durability we literally mean “It’s been thrown off the roof repeatedly to make sure its durable”. If for any reason your product has an issue, reach out to us at Hello@BattleReadyBoxes.com and we will make it right.

What is your return policy?

14 days, no questions asked, no restocking fees, no shipping charges, no BS.

If for any reason at all you don’t love your Battle Ready Box, email us within 14 days at Hello@BattleReadyBoxes.com and we will refund your whole purchase.

The only exception to this rule is with fully custom orders, but even then we will do everything we can to make sure you are happy.

Where are these made?

100% in the USA, right here in Richmond, Virginia. When you buy from Battle Ready Boxes you are supporting an American small business (and we love you for that!)

Can I get customized colors/graphics/sizes?

Yes! We are happy to work with you 1 on 1 to design your dream solution - from TGC to wargaming, board games and hobby supplies, we can design a bespoke solution just for you.

Are these 3d printed? I thought that was low quality?

Our products are in fact 3d printed, and even just a few years ago we would agree with you that, yea, 3d printed stuff was not all that great.

All of that has changed.

There have been amazing improvements in additive manufacturing technology that enable us to forge beautiful, durable products with a unique look and feel you can’t get any other way. If you buy from us and don’t agree, you have 14 days to get a full refund.

I see you reference ModiBoxi, what is that?

ModiBoxi is a library of 3d printable parts designed for for tabletop gaming storage. We commercially license their library and leverage it for making some of our products. With over 3000 print-hours (and counting!) of experience with the ModiBoxi system, we have extensive experience in making sure it delivers in its best form, and in thoughtfully designed configurations.
